"Well equipped house"

Wir waren zu sechst, darunter zwei Kinder, zwei Wochen in der Villa Sunrise und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Von Waschnaschine/Trockner über Mixer, Grill, Kaffeeautomat und vieles mehr ist alles da. Auch der Poolbereich ist mit sechs Liegen, Außenküche, Tisch und Loungemöbeln zum Entspannen prädestiniert. Alles in und um das Haus ist geschmackvoll und modern gestaltet. Auch wenn man das Auto braucht, um zum Strand zu kommen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Zweifel zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

There were six of us, including two children, two weeks in Villa Sunrise and we were completely comfortable. The house is well equipped. From washing machine & dryer to blender, grill, coffee machine and much more, everything is there. The pool area is also predestined for relaxing with six loungers, outdoor kitchen, table and lounge furniture. Everything in and around the house is tastefully and modernly designed. Even if you need the car to get to the beach, shopping facilities are within walking distance if you want to. We had a great time there!

This was my first Airbnb and I absolutely loved it, definitely enjoyed the beautiful home for the week. I definitely recommend staying here. Enjoyed every minute there and the house was so clean and neat. Loved it!

"Loved everything"

Just left after an excellent month-long stay. We loved the salt-water pool, the outside seating area, and all the turtles that came to the dock. We also enjoyed seeing burrowing owls as we walked the neighborhood each morning. Very clean.

This house did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in the front door we were blown away by every single carefully thought out detail in the house. The finishes are all top quality and the house was exceptionally clean. The lanai and pool area are 5 star as well! We will most definitely be back!

Book it, you will not be disappointed!!! We stayed for a month and it was, without question, our best get-a-way rental. Communication from Dorit was professional, courteous, prompt and pleasant at every opportunity. The home itself is amazing with very modern design, comfortable furnishings, ultra clean and everything seemingly at your fingertips. The outdoor living space with seating, lounge chairs, pool, outdoor kitchen and shower really made a big difference. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen is incredibly well supplied with every appliance need, entertaining housewares and even high quality knives (& French steak knives). We've never seen a kitchen equipped better. The owners/host also left an amazing array of little things you need while living away from home (including beach chairs, cooler etc). The simple concept of "replace what you use" made this place feel like our home and avoided having to outfit the entire house upon check-in (paper products, cleaning supplies, condiments, coffee filters etc). The neighborhood is safe and generally quiet. We mostly stayed in aside from trips to the grocery store and beaches. Everything you'd want is in very close proximity, even walkable if you choose. Clearly, this is the nicest property on the street. Our only regret is not booking for another month, but we will definitely be back next year. You simply cannot find a better AirBnB opportunity than this one, book it!!!!

Beautiful home, conveniently located near anything you need. We were content with relaxing by/in the pool all week. Kids had a blast and that was the primary goal. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Exceptional stay from start to finish. Dorit's communication was timely and informative both prior to the stay and throughout when any questions came up. The home was immaculate upon arrival and had everything you could need for a stay. Appliances were in excellent shape. Kitchen was well appointed with all cooking/baking tools/ utensils and glassware necessary for an extended stay. Outdoor lanai area was beautiful with plenty of seating in both the sun and shade. Pool was clean with an excellent electric heater that was easy to control. Outdoor cooking area with built in grill was also in terrific working condition (and clean). Dorit was kind enough to leave an extra gas tank in the garage as well. Hammock and additional seating outdoors was a nice touch along with a dock along the canal. Overall would highly recommend this home for a stay. Thank you Dorit for a wonderful experience!

"Exceptional House & Amenities"

Exceptional house and amenities. I recommend checking the house before buying any items, food and condiments which we typically do with AirBNB. Dorit was a great communicator and even offered us a cancellation a few days before due to Hurricane Dorian taking aim at Florida which never happened. The place will exceed your expectations and feels like home. We had some minor problems with the sound system but tough to complain with a house that has sound in every room and the Lanai. The bottle of wine and music was a great touch as well as the outdoor kitchen. Pool was fantastic and our family enjoyed their time together. Five stars for sure!!!

"Absolutely gorgeous!"

The pictures don't do this property justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! There is a vacuum in the garage that's perfect for cleaning up the car after a day at the beach. There was beach chairs & umbrellas available for our use. We didn't use these things but they were a nice option. There was, also, beach toys and pool items. We left a flamingo floatie for the next family. The outdoor space is just as lovely as the indoor. There is an outdoor sectional, large outdoor dining table, and a built in grill & small refrigerator. The pool has an awesome shelf for tanning or lounging. Our family spent the majority of our time by the pool. I recommend a late night swim. The pool has a pretty stellar color changing pool light. The master suite is breathtaking. My daughter and I loved using the soaker tub. The kids and grandparents said their beds were super comfortable. The 2nd bathroom had a door that lead out to the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cooking pots & pans. We started our stay with a trip to the store for groceries, toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent. (The washer and dryer were super convenient for washing suits/towels.) I recommend buying supplies/groceries a little at a time as we ending up having to throw food away. The home is one of the nicest in the neighborhood. We very quickly became familiar with the neighborhood. There is a Walgreens, McDonald's, 7-Eleven, Target, and Publix very close by. This was very convenient. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go took about 15-20 minutes. There is a $2 toll to ENTER Cape Coral, make sure you have cash for this. Fort Myers Beach was about 30 minutes from the house. This is a must see attraction. Be prepared to pay for parking surrounding the beach ($10-$15) and all the restaurants/shops around Fort Myers Beach. I recommend a tour at the Wicked Dolphin. We went on a sunset cruise with Banana Bay. Highly recommend a trip south for an airboat ride. I was a big fan of The Boat House Bar & Grill. There was a nice beach next to this establishment that the kids enjoyed. My fiancee tried a fishing trip but it was ended early due to weather. It rained everyday but it lasted for about 30 minutes and then the day was perfect again. The Grandparents enjoyed the local museums. My point is that local attractions are many and the house is a prime location. We did not have enough days to do everything wanted. I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

"The place to stay in Cape Coral!"

The place is absolutely beautiful. Walking in after a 9 hour long drive into this house brightened everyone in the family up. Stayed for a week wish it was for a month. Amazing place to stay and Dorit and Mario were available yet never invasive. This is the place to stay in the Cape Coral area.

"Gorgeous Home"

This is a gorgeous home and much larger then pictures showed. It is the nicest house on the street. My husband and I had a week stay with our kids ages 9, 6, 4 & 18 months. The tanning shelf in the pool was fabulous for the baby to play on. Also I don't think its depicted in the add but there is a safety net fence to play around the pool if you'd like to block it from the patio. The tile floor throughout was great as I didn't have to worry about the carpet (cause you know, kids). My kids loved hunting lizards in the spacious back yard while we sat in the hammock. It's a fresh water canal, we did some fishing with no luck, so check what's in so you know what bait to use. If you have a kayak def. Bring them. The kitchen was my favorite, (besides the pool) all the cookware, utensils and dishes you'd need. The gas stove was immaculate. There is a lovely bar area with wine fridge and enough glasses for a crowd. A few of the wine glasses are plastic for the patio. The outdoor grill area is awesome, we ate on the patio every night we ate in. The area is so so. We drove to Sanibel Island (remember toll money), Lovers Key, and Ft. Myers beach. They're a bit of a hike away but not terrible. If you have little ones check out Fellowship Park, less then 10 mins from house beautiful covered park with splash pad and a coffee shop. The garage had a beach cooler with big wheels which we used AND a vacuum for cars which was a fantastic touch! We left a few beach toys and there were some there. You'll need to bring chairs but there are plenty of towels and even a beach bag to use. Sorry for the long read but I always read mega reviews before booking a place. You will not be disappointed in these accommodations!

"Amazing House"

We spent two weeks at this house. This property is amazing. The lanai, pool and outdoor kitchen are very clean and beautifully appointed. The house is very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has every utensil, pots, pans, bowls, etc that you need. Plenty of plastic for outdoor dining. Difficult to get the cable box to work properly. We had to reset it every time we turned on the TV. But once it works, you have tons of choices to watch. There were plenty of linens and towels, a large laundry room with front load washer/dryer that we used frequently as we were there so long. The house had everything we needed. Can’t say enough about it, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.

This property is FANTASTIC! For our family needs (2 adults and 2 20+ kids) this home provided a much needed get away from the cold of the NE US. The layout, with a large communal area, open kitchen (fully supplied), heated pool and spacious yard gave everyone in the family many choices for lounging and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were always quick with a wave. Shopping (Publix, Target, restaurants) all nearby. Easy access to Sanibel, Captiva , Ft. Myers Beach. I would not pass on this property... save it to "Favorites"... and then BOOK IT!

Everything was perfect! Kitchen was fully stocked which made our stay so much easier! Only had one issue and Dorit had it taken care of right away! Beautiful home on the canal! We have already booked our next stay!

The house was beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The location was very good. Well suited for day trips, but also for nice relaxing days at and in the pool. Will be back.

This house is stunning, and conveniently located right near a grocery store, Target and a bunch of restaurants. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the pool and wonderful view. Dorit was very responsive and accommodating, would rent this home again if we come back to this area.

The house is outstanding, very clean, modern and spacious It has everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxed vacation. Beds are very comfortable. The pool is huge and lanai area is awesome! Grocery shops, Target, restaurants are nearby. It takes about 30 mins very easy drive to Sanibel Island beaches. Overall - I would not hesitate a second to come back and stay at Villa Sunset again, any time!
