Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Serenity! Located in the heart of Cape Coral! Villa Serenity is on a Gulf-access canal, and is one of the very few Villas that offers an extra-long lap pool. Enjoy the large boat dock for your morning coffee!

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more. 

This house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $100 pet fee per dog and a pet addendum to sign.

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Incredible Place

Incredible place to stay. This place is literally a home away from home, it has anything and everything you could imagine, a little bit of everything. The View from the master bedroom and living room looking out onto the canal is breathtaking especially at sunset. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place. We stayed for 2 weeks while doing Hurricane Ian cleanup. Dorit was amazing to work with. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place! Will most be back again when in Cape Coral.

This was an amazing stay! Great home and location. Clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for a long time, 5 weeks, and it was better than home. Any issues, screen ripping or toilet, were addressed right away. Service was sent same day. We will definitely be back soon.
