Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Recent reviews
We had an enjoyable stay. The space is large with three bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of China, glassware, cooking utensils for a group. One thing to be aware of is the lanai area. While it’s a nice idea in theory, it’s unfortunately not very useable because it sits right next to several air conditioning units, which are quite noisy when running. Dorit and her management team were very helpful and responsive, and it was a pleasure working with them.

Dorit went beyond what others would not have taken in an effort for making our stay as described. She is to be commended for her customer service and took care of us as best she could when challenging issues arose. It was much appreciated more than she knows. A clean safe peaceful environment made us feel as ease throughout our stay. From kitchen utensils, pots & pans, toiletries, linens, towels, she even left us a little welcoming gift upon arrival! Wow. You'll be happy you went with Dorit at Sail Harbour.
Dorit, the contact at Top Florida Properties, was always responsive and helpful. She was flexible with the date / time of check-in and the same on checking out. Her office is located in a very accessible location in downtown Fort Myers if needed. The unit was very clean and well stocked in terms of kitchenware and towels / sheets. The unit can use a little updating in terms of decorating but overall, it was very comfortable with very adequate and comfortable furniture. The king bed was so comfortable!!! The condo development, Sail Harbour, was very safe and close to main access roads and grocery stores, pharmacy stores and restaurants. I would certainly return and recommend that others visit as well.
