TOP FLORIDA's Villa Royale Toggle favorite

The property was wonderful and location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood great for families! Dorit was a wonderful host and responded to us quickly before and during our stay. The lighting could be improved as it was dim in the kitchen and great room but the house had everything else you could want or need :). Our favorite place was the pool/ hot tub and views from the pool area as we saw dolphins & a manatee swimming in the river!! The hot tub was so nice but needs at least 30 -45 min to warm up so plan on that when using it. We really loved the thick walls as you couldn’t hear anyone no matter which bedroom you slept in which is great for families with various ages. The bikes were great to have to explore the area as there are designated bike paths on both sides of the road for your safety and convenience. Overall, we had a great week with many memories made and would recommend this home to anyone!

The property is clean, inviting, with an open floor plan. Bedrooms are spacious, lanai and pool area are splendid; an awesome way to start and finish the day! Watching the litany of boats traversing the waterway was entertaining, as was, fishing from the dock. A beautiful week was had by all!

The house was a perfect layout for our company trip. The room and bathroom layout was perfect for everyone having their own privacy. The pool and deck area was great for catching some rays and boat watching. Overall, great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was good, the neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was solar heated and took some work to use, but the host walked us through the process. Would stay here again.

My husband, father and two children love this area and rented this home for a week. I loved the home, pool and being on the canal. The home was perfect, very clean and had all the items we needed. The home even had coolers and pool toys! We were able to fish on the lovely dock and chat with boaters passing by. Dorit, the property manager is very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I will be back again!

Lovely property as it provided a layout to keep track of everyone while providing space. Some items need a little update, Dorit mentioned in a few weeks, that would take place. All appliances worked great. The pool and jacuzzi was awesome. The dock provided an opportunity for us to rent a pontoon for a couple of days. The neighborhood is lovely, we stayed local and island hopped! Dorit was very responsive and a pleasure.

Our family really enjoyed this property. Great pool and the accommodations were perfect for our family.

The house is open and spacious. Rooms have very good size and 2 face canal as well as the living room. The outside area is very pleasant. Dorit is responsive and a great host. We were able to enjoy the canal by kayaking(separate rental) and had access to nearby restaurants and the marina. The only observation is the solar heating for the pool: it appears to be really only functional in the summer. For winter, in did not heat the pool/spa sufficiently. If you want a heated pool in the winter, it needs to be electric.

This was such a great house and Dorit was very responsive! We are a family of 6 and the house had plenty of room for all us to be very comfortable. The house was equipped very nicely; there were an abundance of towels and kitchen utensils were helpful. The deck out back was amazing, many fish were caught from there. The house is also close to many stores and walking around the neighborhood was great.

The location and the environment could not have been better. We love Cape Coral and we have stayed at a number of homes here. The location here was one of our favorites being right on the canal. It was extremely private and quiet. The amenities were fantastic, everything that you could possibly think of was provided. Plenty of towels for the pool as well as the bath. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Dorit was a very responsive and gracious host. We stayed here for six weeks and to be able to bring our boat here was the main draw. The Chiquita boat lock was not an issue at all for us. Getting out to the river was about a 10 minute ride. We frequently went to Rumrunners, the local restaurant, on our boat. Just a great experience all around. Oh and the pool, you don’t need to worry about it being too cold. The solar system heats it up very quickly. Sunsets were beautiful from the dock.

Outstanding location for accessing the Gulf. Place was clean, and had plenty of cookware. We all had a great time.

This is a great home for 8 people, it has everything you need to enjoy a good vacation. The home has a lot of space, bedrooms, pool, great backyard deck with access to the canal, Publix and Walgreens near-by. I recommend this home for a good vacation!

Enjoyable stay, exactly as described. No issues, but very responsive for the few questions we had.

The home is located on a canal with Gulf Access. If you have a boat, or want to rent a boat, the dock is behind the house. The house was immaculate, with plenty of beach and regular towels, fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook. The pool and the backyard view is beautiful and private. The family room is great to spend time in. The pool is solar heated, so if you’re planning a visit in the winter months, take this into consideration if planning on using the pool. Dorit is quick to respond.

Villa Royale was clean, up to date, and very functional for a group. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay and especially enjoyed the dock and canal area in the evenings.

We rented Villa Royale through TopFLA.com We found the pictures and description of the house to be exactly what was shown on their website. Villa Royale is located in a very nice neighborhood. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely furnished. There were plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen was well equipped. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the pool, fishing off of the dock and watching the boats on the small canal behind the house. The only complaint we had was that there were no TV’s in the bedrooms – only the master bedroom but definitely not a deal breaker. It was a pleasure working with Dorit and Mario. They were very accommodating. We would definitely rent from TopFLA.com again!!
