Then again, with its south-facing large pool and patio, that is where most likely everyone will be! Besides the high-ceiling great room you will also find a formal dining room. The pool deck is expansive, comfortable and offers both plenty of well-deserved sun as well as well-needed shade.
Also available for rent: full size crib, pack-and-plays and high chairs.
Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.

Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

"Amazing Time!"
The home has a perfect layout especially if someone has mobility issues...open single level floor plan. Nice location in a pretty area...we enjoyed everythjng...pool..grill..hot tub! Property manager excellent to answer questions! We had an amazing time at this home!

Maison super spacieuse très propre très bien équipé avec bouteille de vin d’accueil. Nous avons passé un super moment. Tout était top et même nous avons nourri les canards.
House is super spacious, very clean and very well equipped. We had a great time. Everything was top notch and we even fed the ducks.

"Excellent Home"
Very nice home and location. The home was excellent, pool and hot tub were great. The location was very convenient to top rated restaurants and the grocery store was a short easy trip. The response to issues that were not perfect were responded to very promptly. It was exactly what I had expected and even more. We will return for another vacation and will enjoy make more memories here next year.

This was a great place. Easy access to everything needed, restaurants, grocery and shopping. They canal was very quite. The neighbors were overall quiet. We were fortunate enough to have surprise guest behind the grill. We found a duck sitting on her nest. While were there, we got to watch them hatch. VERY COOL! I know not everyone will get that surprise but we sure loved it. Great place!!

The house was very spacious and comfortable, and we loved the very large lanai. Plenty of room for both shade and sunshine. The pool was awesome, good size and very clean. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t functioning while we were there, but that was the only real complaint we had. Communication with the property manager was very easy, and Dorit was very accommodating. I asked if there was a blender there, and when we arrived there was a brand new one in a box waiting for us!

Very clean, has everything you need. Great location and views. Close to supermarkets and a short drive to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. The pool is great - we didn’t use the hot tub. Dorit was very responsive and the photos and description were accurate. Our family really enjoyed our stay! We would come back again!
