TOP FLORIDA's Villa Pacifica in Cape Coral is a a modern, stylish and in any other way exceptional place to spend the most valuable time of the year in - your Vacation! Villa Pacifica is a large villa situated on the shores of a lagoon-style lake. Relax, enjoy, decompress in a so-rare-to-find modern home.
Villa Pacifica is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign.

Villa Pacifica features Roku TV services. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.

Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

Special events, commercial use and parties are NOT permissible.

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!
