Welcome to Villa Mauritius, a sprawling estate on a beautifully landscaped lot with southern exposure! This spacious home is tastefully equipped and appointed to assure you have a wonderful stay. The screened-in, sun-filled lanai with its large, heated saltwater pool and spa is everyone's favorite spot day and night. Please note that the spa can only be heated, there is no blower. Child safety fence around the pool for peace of mind. There is a beautiful dock inviting everyone to enjoy those world-renowned Florida sunsets right down the wide waterway. Make it truly a Cape Coral vacation and rent the powerboat with the house! A licensed Captain will provide a thorough instruction so you will enjoy every day on the water and bring home priceless memories. Boat rentals require a minimum of one week. The cost is $1,700 for the first week, with each additional day priced at $190. This includes Sea Tow and a 6.5% sales tax. A mandatory boat instruction session costs $200, payable in cash to the boat captain.
