Recent reviews
We highly recommend this home for anyone to consider staying at while visiting the Cape Coral area - and we’d definitely consider a future stay at Villa Latitudes if the opportunity presents itself. The features with 3 bedrooms, screened pool and lanai and wonderful great room were some of the exceptional things we appreciated. As always, your role with Top Florida is greatly appreciated as well and we look forward to future visits where we can use Top Florida.
The house was fantastic for my family. The pool and outside area were a big hit with everyone. The master bedroom is located away from the main living, so it is peaceful. The house was fully stocked with all of the basics. I highly recommend staying here. Great location to all that Cape Coral has to offer.
