Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Such an awesome place! Dorit was a great hostess. We arrived to a bottle of wine and toys for our kitties. We had trouble working some of the lights and she came over and helped us out right away. The kitchen is stocked with everything under the sun (even a waffle maker!). There are a ton of games for rainy days. The gym was great we used it every day. We loved the location. The neighborhood is very upscale and it's close to a grocery store. We loved going on walks at night watching the sunset.
