We have thoroughly enjoyed Villa Lake View - the owner has made every effort to supply all the necessities for a nice holiday. The view is spectacular - we own a log cottage on a beautiful lake in Ontario so feels like home!

We could not have asked for a better property. Listing was accurate. Beautiful, clean home. Living room opens up to the pool area with a wonderful view of the lake. Three bedrooms, all comfortable. If you are looking for a great property for a trip to Cape Coral/Fort Myers area this is it.

Couldn’t have been more impressed with such a place! Villa Lake View is located right on a lake, instead of a canal so there was plenty of privacy when we were enjoying the lanai. There was an unforeseen issue with the pool pump, out of everyone’s control yet our host ensured we had the pool serviced every day and was quick to respond with any questions! There’s plenty of blankets when it got chilly, and certainly enough pillows for how ever many guests you have! We had our family come down and have dinner, and the kitchen was huge with plenty of dishes and cooking pans! They had bikes and a grill and even fishing pools which we tried to take the upmost advantage of! The house was spotless when we came in and even binders of activities and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was great to bike in, it was quiet but close by to the main road. Perfect location and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Planning on rebooking this house probably every time we go to Florida! So happy with our stay!

Wonderful home in a wonderful neighbourhood. It is very ideally located, close enough to every shop or restaurant that you can think of, but still quiet enough to have peace. The house is beautifully decorated and modern. The kitchen is more than extremely well equipped with lots of different appliances (coffee machines, juicers, knives, tools, and an awesome barbecue). The pool was clean and warm. The home was supplied with plenty of bath and beach towels. The pool toys in the garage were a nice touch, as well as the bicycles. Beds are huge, comfortable and clean, as well as the rest of the home. There's an extensive library of books in many different languages. The location is about 20 minutes away from Ft. Myers beach and 3 minutes from a grocery shop. You could even walk or bike there.

This home is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with all the amenities you could ever need. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and management was just a call away for any concerns. The location is also great-minutes away from restaurants and pharmacy stores. Of course the pool and lake view were bonuses. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to any family who is staying in Cape Coral.

We absolutely loved this place. Just sitting on the lanai and looking over the pool and the lake was just the peace and serenity we needed. The home is furnished beautifully and has everything you need and more to make for a wonderful stay. The beds are so comfortable it makes it easy to fall asleep as soon as you hit them. There are bikes to use, pool toys and towels and even fishing rods to fish in the lake off the dock. You are also very close to shopping and restaurants. There were only the two of us, but with three bedrooms it would be great for a family. Working with Dorit was a joy. She answered all our questions and was there if we needed her. I would highly recommend this place and give it a 5+ rating. You will no be disappointed. We certainly will be going back.

This is a great, kid friendly, family vacation house! It was so good for my wife, our baby and 3yo son to spend the week here. The pool was great and the kitchen well equipped. Lots of blankets to keep us cozy in the evenings or while watching a movie after swimming all day. Grocery and yacht club close by if you don't want to drive away from the cape.. but really could stay the whole day at the house in the pool. Worth checking out!!!

Ein ganz tolles Haus was voll und ganz der Beschreibung des sehr netten und freundlichen Besitzers entspricht . Es ist alles da was man braucht und noch viel mehr . Alles war sehr sauber und ordentenlich . Wir waren 2 Wochen in den Osterferien dort und verbrachten eine tolle Zeit . Wir waren zu 6 und hatten mehr als genau Platz . Eine Woche hatten wir auch das Boot gemietet welches zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist aber für uns voll kommen okay und es kostet auch nur die hälfte von dem was man sonst bei einem gewerblichen Verleiher zahlen würde . Angenehm überrascht hat uns auch der geringe Sprit verbrauch des Bootes . Wir sind 6 Tage damit gefahren und waren an sehr schönen Orten die uns von der Hausverwaltung (ebenfalls sehr nett ) empfohlen wurde . Wir haben etwa 130 Galonen ca. 400Dollar Sprit verfahren um Cayo Costa , Captiva Island , Sanibel Island , 2 mal Fort Meyers Beach und Down Town District zu besuchen . Wir würden wieder als erstes hier anfragen wenns wieder mal nach Cape Coral gehen sollte . Grüsselis Jan

After spending 10 days here, we have to agree with all the previous reviews. The property location on the lake provides a beautiful view from all areas of the house. The house is well equipped and in excellent condition. The owners are very honest and easy to deal with and the management company is very professional, informative and take excellent care of the property. The availability of the boat was a big plus for us as we explored many of the local waterways while we were there. After we left ,the owner returned our security deposit promptly.Overall this was an excellent rental and we have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. We would highly recommend this rental.

We just spent our yearly vacation of several weeks for the third time in 4 years in this beautiful villa and are still thrilled by the house itself as well as its idyllic location on Lake Thunderbird. The generous pool section with its daylong shaded lounge allows for a lot of moving space and at the same time conveys the perfect holiday feeling by its direct view onto the lake and the picturesque scenery around it. According to weather and time of the day you will be able to enjoy some ever changing, most fascinating and marvellous moods of the the landscape. The villa's light and modern interior which shows the attention to details meets all comparisons. The home is perfectly equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay including a fully fitted kitchen where all the appliances and gadgets for a self-catering holiday are available. A 150 HP deck boat on the house dock is offered for rent at a special price for renters incl. insurance. It brings you to the gulf of Mexico with its rich wildlife in just under half an hour. In short: the Lake House leaves nothing to be desired and we are already looking forward to our next stay in this wonderful place.
