Every bedroom is individually and invitingly themed - this Villa is bright, light, spacious, and most of all cozy! The pool deck is the best spot for morning coffee, by the way...

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more. 

This house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $100 pet fee per dog and a pet addendum to sign.

Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We had a really crappy experience with another property (manager) that we walked away from. We needed another place right away. I booked this place and within an hour we were moved in. Great communication and very accommodating. Thank you!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was very clean and well stocked with top-notch kitchen supplies. The pool was great. The location is the perfect amount of quiet with enough stores/activities close by. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had a question. Can’t say enough great things about it. We will definitely be back.

This house is in a nice neighborhood. Downtown is easy to get to. March 2021 was warm and it was great having a pool!!

This place was wonderful. It was bigger than I expected from the pictures. It was clean and had great amenities. There was space for me to work while the kids played and enjoyed the pool. Dorit was fantastic. She was friendly, kind and extremely responsive. I would rent this home and any home from Dorit in a heartbeat!

Lovely home! A beautiful view and quite area to stay while experiencing the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area! The sunrise can be viewed each morning overlooking the pool and pond. I would definitely stay with Dorit again!

A spacious and very nice house! We loved the big private swimming pool. Checking in and out was smooth, we really liked that we could park the car in the garage. Host was helpful and gave us tips about things to do in the area.
