Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Happy Feeling. This vacation villa is situated on a freshwater canal in NE Cape Coral and offers an unparalleled tropical setting. Happy Feeling is pet friendly for extra happy memories. Happy Feeling offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, electric heated pool and spa. Soothing sunrise-views are complementary!
Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.
This house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $100 pet fee per dog and a pet addendum to sign.

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

We scheduled two weeks at the rental and planned to do a lot of site-seeing while in Florida, but the pool was so amazing we ended up spending most of our time at the house sunning and swimming. The evenings playing games next to the waterfall and color-changing pool are some of our favorite memories. Thank you Dorit for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wir waren im Juli 2019 in der Villa Happy Feeling und waren sehr zufrieden.
Alles ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Poolanlage sowie das Haus ist ein Traum alles war sehr sauber. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Wi-Fi, dieses wurde aber vom Besitzer und Top Florida prompt gelöst.
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Der Service von Top Florida war sehr professionell.

"Outstanding Pool"
The house has a privat pool that is really outstanding and was our favorite place day and night. During our stay the blinds in the Master had to be replaced (plastic blinds crumbled when I have tried to close them), the faucet had to get repaired and the WiFi had to get fixed (cables outside were bad). Although all these things happened, Dorit took care of it in a second and the handyman fixed everything within a day. Internet got fixed and speed was also tripled. Overall we had a great time and the rate is a very competitive, but justified.
