Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Blue Lagoon, nestled in the sought-after "Four Mile Cove" enclave. This Villa features 2 Master Suites with a king bed each, en-suite bathroom and walkout to the Lanai. We hope you like calming views over wide canals, because you will find them in abundance in this peninsula setting where the indoors seemingly blend into the outdoors.

PLEASE NOTE: the boat dock is available to guests, the lift is not.

This house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $100 pet fee per dog and a pet addendum to sign.

This villa features Samsung and Roku TV services.

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.

A full size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from management as well.

Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Very comfortable place, central to everything... beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Delightful setting with pool and hot tub right on the canal. The kitchen very well appointed and great for grilling around the pool. We can’t wait to return next year. Host was truly a Super-host. A bonus burrowing owls were charming and close by.
