Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Aruba! This exquisitely furnished and equipped Villa is not just "Canal front" it is "Lake Front"! The expansive Britannia lake offers unparalleled privacy and serenity, plus quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. Villa Aruba is a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom Villa with heated pool/spa and ready for your Florida dream vacation. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, and for your convenience there is complimentary WiFi.

PLEASE NOTE that the boat lift is not available to guests, but there is space to dock your (rental) boat.

Also available for rent: full size crib, pack-and-plays and high chairs.

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.

Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Great place to stay, nice quiet neighborhood. If you're looking for a quiet place near a lot of beaches, this is the place.

This house was perfect for our family! The pool and hot tub area made it very easy to entertain our children while not being at the beach. The only negative from our stay would be the pillows but that is a hard item to try to please various people. There are many beaches in the area and we would highly recommend Sanibel Island and Captiva beaches.

This is an amazing house with a beautiful view. It is in the perfect location - close to everything. We will defiantly be booking this house again in the future.

The house was amazing and very clean. The location is perfect, only 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about the same to Captiva and Sanibel Island. The pool and hot tub where a hit with the kids. The house had beach chairs and a cooler that came in handy. We would definitely stay here again, it was a great experience.

Lovely comfortable home, relaxing atmosphere, great to have the lake to look out at & enjoy. Great location for nearby restaurants. Dorit. We really enjoyed our time at this wonderful home, lots of nice decorative touches made it feel inviting. Upon our arrival the welcoming wine & atmosphere was very nice. Thank You!
