Villa Aruba is a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom Villa with heated pool/spa and ready for your Florida dream vacation. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, and for your convenience there is complimentary WiFi.
PLEASE NOTE that the boat lift is not available to guests.
Also available for rent: full size crib, pack-and-plays and high chairs.
Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

"Perfect for our family"
This house was perfect for our family! The pool and hot tub area made it very easy to entertain our children while not being at the beach. The only negative from our stay would be the pillows but that is a hard item to try to please various people. There are many beaches in the area and we would highly recommend Sanibel Island and Captiva beaches.

This is an amazing house with a beautiful view. It is in the perfect location - close to everything. We will defiantly be booking this house again in the future.

The house was amazing and very clean. The location is perfect, only 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about the same to Captiva and Sanibel Island. The pool and hot tub where a hit with the kids. The house had beach chairs and a cooler that came in handy. We would definitely stay here again, it was a great experience.
