The Edison Ford estate is a 2 minute drive and all the downtown restaurants, marinas and festivals are only 5 minutes away, as is the public Fort Myers County Club and golf course. Explore the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel within 25 minutes. Even with all the close by destinations, you’ll find yourself wanting to stay home to enjoy the beautiful pool area and garden spaces or just relax in the delightfully decorated guest house. Owners only rent when they are away so your privacy is ensured. Great location for a business stay in Fort Myers or make it your own vacation hideaway. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest house is in a quiet neighborhood and we ask you to respect and embrace the peacefulness it provides.

Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

We LOVED this house and outdoor space. The location was close to downtown and we really enjoyed the Ford/Edison winter home. Thank you for opening your home. We had everything thing we needed! This property comes highly recommended. RENT IT, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful and very homey

The little house is beautiful and very homey. A lot of quality and tasteful furnishing and decor. The swimming pool area with outdoor kitchen is a huge plus because when the weather permits you want to sit there. The house is small but well equipped. The area is walkable, and you can ride bikes to the grocery store or downtown. We loved that. I loved the landscape surrounding the house. Laundry easily accessible. We did not have a great weather but because of the location we were able to enjoy our vacation every day.

Charming guest house with comfortable, pleasant decor. The neighbourhood is lovely and if you enjoy walking you can easily access a good cafe, pizza shop and groceries in 20 minutes. The pool is as wonderful as it looks in the pictures. All in all an exceptional Airbnb.
