Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

"Very Nice Home"
This is a very nice home. It is clean, stocked full of amenities (anything from Tupperware to laundry detergent), and looked just as good as the pictures. Dorit (the property manager) was always so helpful, available, and concerned that we had a great stay. The only drawback for us was that the boat launch was directly across from the property but we really enjoyed our time at this house.
Dorit was extremely helpful and available. She worked hard to make it a good stay for us so soon after Hurricane Ian.
"Absolutely Amazing"
Casa Primavera is absolutely amazing. When you walk in the front door, the first thing you see is the view of the canal out back and it takes your breath away. The living room sliders completely disappear to give you that indoor/outdoor living experience. The sliders from the master as well as the king guest room let you out onto the lanai as well. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was perfect for a nice relaxing soak and the large shower in the master bath was nice as well. The house was well stocked with everything needed to make your stay comfortable. There was even a juicer in the kitchen for fresh squeezed orange juice. The garage was a nice bonus. A lot of Air B n’ B’s use the garage for the owner’s to store their things so having access to it was nice. The pool was nice but unfortunately the heater broke while we were there so the jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough and the pool was too hot. As I mentioned earlier, the view was amazing and sitting on the lanai or on the dock was very relaxing and enjoyable. The kayaks were also an added bonus. Dorit and Mario were responsive and easy to work with. They quickly handled problems and couldn’t have been nicer. Our only complaint was not being able to rent it for February as well as January
"Beautiful House"
The house is beautiful. Plenty of space even with 4 kids. The pool and jacuzzi were so relaxing. Being right on the water meant lots of fishing and kayaking. Took the hour drive to Ft Myers and also Sanibel Island to enjoy the beautiful beaches for the day. We really enjoyed our stay!
"We loved the house!"
We loved the house! We can wait to come back. We didn’t want to leave but because of Heath issues with my husband’s father we had to leave a day before scheduled…
But the place is beautiful, cozy and quiet. We want to thank Dorit she is amazing, friendly and kind person, very fast to response to any questions. l feel like l know her for a long time, she is very nice person! We thank you Dorit!! And we will see you soon!!
"You'll be glad you stayed a Casa Primavera"
Disclaimer: We are pretty picky vacationers. We always have to have: fishing and kayaking access, clean private pool, plenty of room and close to a beach. This ticked all those boxes and more. Top Florida is an awesome company to work with. They are easy, very kind and super professional to work with. We would highly recommend this property and the property managers. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beaches are fun spots on the Gulf and Sanibel causeway has beautiful shells. You'll be glad you stayed at Casa Primavera. There's lots to do for kids of all ages (and parents too!)

"Excellent Rental"
Excellent rental - we had a great experience here. The location is great for exploring Matlacha and west of Burnt Store in NW Cape Coral. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The house sits on a canal turn, so it’s nice and wide - plenty of fish visible on the dock and still good privacy. The house has large sliders, which fully open to join the indoor and outdoor spaces, which is super nice. Would rent again!
"Amazing house"
The house is amazing and the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. The view on the lake is wonderful and we enjoyed a lot to be outside. I will highly recommend this rental. It was like home during our monthly stay there.
"Well-stocked and luxurious"
A well-stocked and luxurious home with great amenities. We appreciated all the outdoor furniture to maximize our enjoyment of the pool and backyard area. Very clean, comfortable, and in a lovely area with a great view of the canal. We didn't fish, but we enjoyed sitting on the dock for coffee and watching the fish jump. Note that the subdivision is under construction at the moment (looks like they are wrapping up installing sewers or some other water management). We didn't experience any noise but it was the holiday period. Dorit was a great host.
"Everything we expected and more"
Now we are home again after a fantastic trip in the US for three weeks. We would like to thank for our stay in the house we booked through you, Casa Primavera. The house had everything we expected and more to it. We got wonderful days there, with large areas, good swimming in the pool, grilled several times and even used the two paddles and came out on the canal where we got to see Manatees close up. We will really recommend our friends to book houses through your agency. I will write a couple of lines on TripAdvisor too.
"Clean and well stocked"
Clean and well stock with in the kitchen for plates, cutlery, glasses and small appliances. Did I mention it was CLEAN! Nice place. Fish right off the dock for Snook and Crappie. We enjoyed our stay. You were an excellent host. I would recommend any of your properties.
"Beautiful & Serene"
Casa Premavera is a home to keep on your list! It is a beautiful set up as well as functional. The serenity of the back patio lanai makes for a wonderful way to relax and end the day as well as wake up and appreciate being able to stay there. This is one to return to!!
