TOP FLORIDA's Casa Del Rio! Wonderful Olde-Florida estate in Fort Myers, Florida! Pool/spa! Full-beam dock with your own boat ramp! Book it now - you will be glad you did!
Top Florida's Casa Del Rio is this lucky rare find! An Olde-Florida estate of a far bygone time, except it's here, waiting for you! Just four homes off the Caloosahatchee River, why don't you bring your own boat, and launch it right from your backyard! The estate-sized-lot, a rare find today, offers ample space to enjoy the pool or hot tub, hang out by the water or just relax all day long in the hammock! As night falls, celebrate the sunset and top the perfect day off with a gathering of friends and family around the campfire! Of course, someone has to be in charge of the gas BBQ in the nearby gazebo - breathing salty air and be in the sun all day makes everyone hungry! There is plenty of space for a larger gathering inside as well. Please note that due to the proximity of water as well as stairs inside and outside the house, this Casa IS NOT suitable for small children.
