Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Sun Castle! This sparkling bright home impresses on every level! A modern home with many open spaces. As the sun rises Villa Sun Castle is just an incredible example of modern architecture. From the spacious Chef's kitchen to the main bedroom suite, no box is left unchecked. Two additional and well appointed guest bedrooms with two bathrooms round out the experience. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa available for your convenience. The outdoors is where the fun is! A large pool deck with pool and hot tub faces west and features an electric heater - it will be everyone's first choice. Step down to the boat dock that encompasses the full water frontage!

For larger groups and families, Casa Primavera is located right next door!

Villa Sun Castle is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign. Villa Sun Castle features Samsung and Roku TV services. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

Please note that the boat lift is not available to guests. There is plenty of space to dock your boat though.

Villa Sun Castle is located right next door to Casa Primavera.

Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 60 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Beautiful space! Felt right at home as soon as we entered. We had two adults and two tween girls in our party, there was room for everyone to have “space” if/when needed.

Everything was as described, beds were comfortable plenty of linens, stainless steel cookware, beach toys/chairs for our use. We didn’t utilize the twin beds, sofa bed or cots but they were available. We left some pool floats there for future guests too. The only suggestion would be a full body mirror in one of the bathrooms but otherwise absolutely no complaints, I would definitely stay again and hope to in the future.

We loved our stay at this home in Cape Coral! The home is beautiful, clean, and modern. We used the hot tub and pool every day. It was so peaceful to watch the morning rowers, fish jumping in the lake, and boaters coming into the water at the boat dock. We will likely return!

We had the best relaxing vacation imaginable. The house was beautiful and had everything you needed. It’s close to everything you need as well. We brought our boat so the extra dock was a bonus. Also right across from the boat ramp so it really worked out well. We were planning on extending but a storm was in the way of our travel plans. We will be back to this location if possible but will look for properties with Dorit’s company going forward. Was our 20th anniversary and have family located in the area. Thanks for the special vacation and the attention to the details.
