TOP FLORIDA's Villa Pearl Toggle favorite

My family and I had an amazing time!! We wished we could stay longer. The pool was big enough for 5 people (adults and teenagers) to play games and float around. There’s even an outdoor bathroom and shower (the pool is saltwater), which is very convenient! The lanai is beautiful and we spent many evenings outside. Also, the surrounding property is very pretty with beautiful plants and trees. Plus, we saw a manatee in the canal and a pretty big iguana just hanging around. The house was very spacious and clean. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus some beach stuff (coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc). I would 10/10 recommend. Plus, the location is pretty close to Fort Myers and Sanibel. Lots of stuff to do. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

We had a great time the home is very nice and super clean. We spent hours in the pool there were days we didn’t even leave the house. The kitchen has everything anyone would need or want to cook with. Endless supply of towels!! Very easy to get around to different areas from. Over all it is a wonderful place to take a family for a vacation. Sincerely Faith K

The house was fabulous! You can kayak directly from the backyard. Close to everything. It was amazing!

We loved this house so much that we only went to the beautiful beaches 3 times in 7 days! The pool area was great for entertaining, dinner, sun bathing, swimming and relaxing in the shade while watching the pool games! The house was spacious, open and fantastic! Would recommend for families or your group of couples. This property has been added to my favorites list! Thanks for the awesome week away!

Loved this house! Wonderful for a big family. Beautiful property with an awesome backyard. We unfortunately got here during hurricane Elsa, but it was only 2 days and then the sky cleared up and we had a blast!

Can I just say WOW! Villa Pearl is beautiful! We were so pleasantly surprised last night arriving to such a clean, well stocked home. And I’d be remiss not to also thank you for the bottle of wine. Such hospitality!

Pearl Villa was a wonderful retreat in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, very well equipped for cooking meals, and plenty of room to relax without bumping into each other (even with 8 of us). Plenty of eating spaces and all at one table too. Great vacation home!

Dorit and Top Florida are absolutely amazing. Very professional, helpful, and so accommodating for our family. Villa Pearl was a dream come true for us. So clean, very spacious, and had everything we would or want. Will definitely stay at Villa Pearl again and would definitely stay with a Top Florida property hosted by Dorit.

I really recommend this house, it is beautiful, spacious, very clean, has everything that you need in a house making you feel at home. In addition and no less important, is located in a safe neighborhood near the shopping plazas, beach, excellent rest. Finally all my Family recommend it widely!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house and would have booked it again next year if we were staying in Cape Coral, but we will be staying in Punta Gorda where our son lives. You do an excellent job equipping and maintaining the property. We wish you good luck, and if we come back to Cape Coral we will definitely contact you.

Very nice house, great backyard and pool – very private. Good area for walking, roller blading and bicycling. The bikes at the house are very much appreciated. We have stayed at Villa Pearl for February and March since 2011 and will be back next next year again!
