The garage features a ping pong table and a corn hole game. For your convenience, there is free Wi-Fi (WLan).
Also available for rent: full size crib, pack-and-plays and high chairs.
Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

"Best Place To Stay"
I would like to say that staying at Villa South Seas for our vacation was the best place we have stayed at. Such a cozy beautiful place with all amenities possible. Such an open spaced place where we could all converse. The pool area is the best! The beds are so comfortable, so much ample room in every room. This place to stay is a definite winner in our eyes and will return to it again.
"Great Stay"
I had a great stay at Villa South Seas! The house is lushly landscaped and nicely appointed. I spent so much time relaxing on the lanai overlooking a canal, and the pool and hot tub were very welcoming. I slept very well in a very comfortable bed, and cooked nice meals in the modern kitchen. The house is nicely situated in central Cape Coral; bars and restaurants are within a ten minute drive! Overall a very pleasant stay, and very relaxing vacation!
