Beautiful home and we appreciated the warm welcome. We initially had an issue with the key- but turned out to be operator error on our part. Dorit was responsive and was even going to come over to assist. We appreciated her timely response. For sure will be visiting again. Gorgeous area and was pleasantly surprised. We all had a blast and we were sad to leave. Thank you for providing us with the best time! Highly recommend for any vacation!

"Nice and Cozy"

We stayed for 2 weeks and there was plenty to do. Nice and cozy home, bicycles, beach gear etc. Would have loved to stay longer!

This spacious home was a welcome get away. It was impeccably clean with a large kitchen with supplies, plenty of towels, and beach gear. My two pups loved walking through the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

"Beautiful Home"

Beautiful home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The pool was large and our 11 & 14 y/o girls enjoyed it every day of our week long stay. The home offers all the amenities and comforts of “home” in every room. Loved that there was plenty of extra linens, blankets, pillows, and tons of towels. Games and puzzles in the living room. Cleaning supplies were also available which was great too. They even have bicycles to take out for rides. All the main roads have bicycle lanes. The location was great. We took day trips to Sanibel & Captiva Islands (about 40-50 minute drive). We even made a day trip to Everglades (about an hour). Also, a plethora of local restaurants nearby. I would also like to add this was our first Airbnb experience. Dealing with Dorit was simple and easy. She was always very prompt with her replies and always willing to help if needed. All the information we needed though was clear and readily available not only with the e-mails but inside the home as well.

"Comfortable, cozy and well equipped"

The 'Villa Lika' was great and much better than the pics suggest. It's not the most modern house, but very comfortable, cozy and well maintained and equipped. It's located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of Cape Coral. There are no busy and noisy main roads around. We just loved it there. BTW: The garage is ok for a Tahoe or similar, but too small for a Suburban or other extended Full Size SUV. It's not a problem, because the neighborhood is very safe, so you can park bigger cars in the driveway. Dorit did an outstanding job - with German efficiency and perfection. Thanks for everything!

"Very comfortable"

Villa Lika worked very well for us. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but is an easy drive to anywhere in Cape Coral and just over 25 minutes to downtown Fort Myers. The south facing pool enabled us to enjoy the sun all day.
The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing eat-in meals. There are ample towels and other supplies that made our stay enjoyable. The cable TV includes a DVR, and there is free long distance telephone service within North America.
Dorit and Mario were very responsive to any concerns that arose during our stay. Overall, this is an outstanding house to rent through a first class rental agency.

We loved our stay at Villa Lika. I give it a definite 5 star. This property is beautiful. The interior in the home was very nicely decorated and super clean. It also had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. It truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks Top Florida for helping make our Christmas one of the most memorable.

"Very Good Vacation Accommodations"

We spent a month in Villa Lika and it felt comfortable. The house is well appointed with pretty well everything you need. The furnishings are all lovely. Large flat screen TV in the living room and one in each of the 3 bdrms. Had great internet and cable service. The pool was a good size with a nice deep end and south facing. The view from the lanai overlooking the pool and the canal is very relaxing. It is a fairly quiet residential area, so a little drive to grocery stores (Publix about 4 miles). Nothing within walking distance, so you need a car. The king master bdrm and ensuite is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bdrms (one king and one queen), so lots of privacy. Lots of towels for the bath and the pool. Even the bedding was nice quality cotton. Top Florida Properties, was a great company to deal with. Both Dorit and Mario were very professional and nice to deal with. During our stay, the only thing I couldn't find was a serving tray. I'm sure they had one, but I just didn't find it. They had everything else.

Everything was absolutely PERFECT and exceeded our expectations incredibly! LUXURY! Exemplary cleanliness, comfort, beauty of the place, all the accessories were available, we did not miss anything! We felt like home. Surprise on arrival: a bottle of good white wine, we enjoyed it so much! Easy to reach our representative Dorit of TOP FLORIDA, who answered all our questions.
