In 90 days you have accomplished a feat that (nationwide broker 1) and (nationwide broker 2) combined could not accomplish in over a year. To complicate it further we had the (tenant) to contend with.
All kidding aside… you and Dorit are an understated powerhouse in the market around Ft. Myers and the Cape. If you folks ever need any reference of any type Maggie and I will be very disappointed if you don’t reach out to us.
Your extreme professionalism, quite aggressiveness, and effective negotiating tactics are among the best that I have witnessed in all my boardroom exposure over the last 20 years.

We made a decision to take this villa again next year for the month of January again. We have been very happy with you and your staff is the number one reason. You have been very prompt in addressing our issues and your staff is so nice. We are very comfortable with every one we have dealt with.! We really like this neighborhood. The neighbors are so friendly and we feel very safe here. Plus, our two pups will be used to the place when we come again.

We left the cleaning to your cleaners since they are doing such a great job, haven’t had any complaints from our Norwegian renters so far, must be a good sign.

I wanted to take a moment to let you and your company know of our wonderful
experience. We have been coming to Cape Coral for the last six years. We have rented the same
house from a private individual for four of the six years partially because of the personal service.
This is the first year we have rented directly from a management company and let me tell you
that you blew their personal touch away!! From the inquiry email, you were very quick to
respond and answered all of my questions. I never once felt like I was a customer, I felt like a
friend. The icing was when you offered to let my son use your son’s life jacket. You do not get
that type of personal service anymore. Your kindness was so appreciated!
The house, Rainbow’s End, and the boat through Captain John’s Rental were more than
we could have hoped for. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We had a wonderful
time! The welcome gift was added bonus….Thank you!
You have our sincere gratitude for going the extra mile when we accidently left an item. It was
nice not to have to stress over it as I knew it was being taken care of.
Because of you, we had the most relaxing vacation we had hoped for and I cannot thank you
enough!! I wish our vacation had not ended before I was able to meet and thank you in person;
Maybe next year as we will definitely be renting the house again in the future.
