If your home should require repairs, we can make recommendations for preferred repair service facilities and oversee the repairs on your behalf. A full report will be provided upon completion. 24 hour emergency service is our standard. We can also handle the annual maintenance of any required fire extinguishers.
We will accept mail or packages on your behalf at our office and deliver them to your home when performing weekly checks. We also can arrange to be present for furniture deliveries at your home.
We will make the necessary arrangements to pay any bills on your property including but not limited to utility bills, insurance bills, maintenance bills, mortgage payments and taxes.
Every homeowner will receive a monthly statement showing activities on their properties.
“Like a Good Neighbor”
We will contact your immediate neighbors either in person or by mail notifying them that we will be monitoring your home. We will also be asking them for their cooperation in contacting us if they should notice any problems or issues with your home in between our weekly inspections.
For those who live here locally or have another person, such as a neighbor, care for their home during their absence, but do not have the time to be present 24/7 for upcoming issues or emergencies, we do offer seasonal management. We check your home for compliance with a thorough pre-season property assessment.

If you live here locally or do have a 24/7 contact person with authority do handle issues, and can provide emergency assistance to guests, we can rent your Vacation Villa. After all, there are owners out there who love to take care of their own home just as much as we do. No problem! But please note: You must either be available or must have a dedicated emergency contact that can timely deal with issues such as: Internet is not working, the A/C is not working, the phone is not working, the TV is not working, appliance failure, the pool heater is not working, pool is not serviced properly, replacement of propane cylinders for BBQ, electrical issues, roof leaks, pest intrusion et cetera.
