PLEASE NOTE that while this house features a boat dock, there is not much space to dock a boat and it is quite shallow.

Cancellations 90 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes), but other deposits shall be returned. Cancellations 30 or less calendar days prior to the first day of the Rental Period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (based on rent without taxes). We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

"Great Vacation"
We had a great time at the property. It was within walking to Walmart Publix and great little Mexican food place. The heated pool on the property was awesome just wish weather had been warmer.

Dorit, was very helpful and quick to get back to me anytime I had a question! The house and pool were perfect size for my family and the house had everything we needed and more! The view in the evening is beautiful and the location is perfect for a quieter spot close to the stores and just about half hour to the beautiful beaches!

I have stayed at this property a couple of times and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a canal with beautiful sunsets and across the road from an Eco reserve. Super layout with comfy beds (sleeps six) a lanai and pool with plenty of room to cook out, dine and relax. Endless attractions nearby such as Matlacha Aquatic Reserve, Pine Island, Sanibel & Captiva. .. Home away from home. Plan to return.
"We had a great trip!"
We stayed at Villa Sunset Vista from April 6-April 13, 2017 and this was our 2nd stay at this house and just as before we had a great time. The house was updated from the last time that we stayed there and the updates were very tasteful. This home is located in a great area close to all amenities and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The split floor plan of the home is great because it gives everyone a bit of privacy. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening as this home is located on a canal. The covered lanai and pool was our favourite area and we ate every meal out on the lanai and enjoyed the view of the canal and the peace and quiet of the surrounding area.
I would not only recommended this house without hesitation but always this property management company as they are great to deal with and are located in the area for any issues that may arise.
