"Perfect House"

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Villa Chandon! Dorit was extremely helpful from the beginning of our booking until we checked out at the end of our stay. The house was perfect. We were there with our 3 children and their spouses/significant others, and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub were used every day, and the house had everything we could possibly need. We were there to see some spring training games for the Red Sox and Phillies, and getting to the games was a little difficult because of traffic, but otherwise the location was perfect for getting to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely consider using Top Florida Properties again!

"Absolutely perfect family vacation!"

Absolutely PERFECT family vacation!
Our extended family stayed at the Villa Chandon from Feb 10 – 17, 2024, and this house exceeded our expectations and could not have been better! The house is gorgeous, and the beautiful photos provided are exactly what you get. We needed five bedrooms to accommodate our family, and this house was perfect. Each bedroom is separate from each other with its own bathroom. It doesn’t get any better than that. The upstairs bedroom now has two new double beds to replace the two singles, which was a very happy surprise for us. They are extremely comfortable and will definitely accommodate adults or a family of four nicely. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The best part for us was the pool area and view. Lots of room for lounging around, plenty of sun all afternoon, covered lanai if you want to get out of the sun, lots of foliage to provide privacy from neighbors, and the view of the lake from the pool is absolutely stunning. We didn’t want to leave. Dorit was amazing to deal with. I had so many questions before we got there, and she was always so quick to respond. She provided us with a warm welcome, and we are so appreciative that she was our host. We hope to go back soon!!!

"Excellent Stay"

Flot og særdeles veludstyret hus. Rigtig fin pool og terrasse område. Vi havde et par problemer undervejs - stoppet toilet og en bruser der ikke fungerede. Begge blev løst hurtigt af Dorit. Der var desværre en fejl på airconditionen som betød at de 3 af soveværelser ikke kunne køles ned, det gav lidt udfordringer med nattesøvn - Dorit sendte teknikere til huset for at afhjælpe problemet men fejlen kunne ikke udbedres mens vi var der. Ellers havde vi 9 glimrende dage i huset.

Nice and very well equipped house. Very nice pool and terrace area. We had a few issues along the way - stopped toilet and a shower that didn't work. Both were resolved quickly by Dorit. Unfortunately there was a fault on the air conditioning which meant that the 3 of the bedrooms could not be cooled down, it gave a little challenges with the night's sleep - Dorit sent technicians to the house to remedy the problem but the fault could not be rectified while we were there. Otherwise we had 9 excellent days in the house.

"Everything and more of what we expected"

It was everything and more of what we expected. Gorgeous home and beautiful scenery. We didn't want to leave! Management was great, professional and any questions were answered quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay and we will use them again in the future.

"Lovely house"

We had a great time, the house fabulous and the area of 8 lakes was a great area. It was very well stocked and the quality of the furnishings and kitchen items were top notch. The separation the house offered was also really good. The location was great also, we could even walk to Publix. The only complaint we have is the lack of dressers in the two first floor bedrooms Thank you for everything, you may see us again next year.

"Gorgeous Home"

This gorgeous home was absolutely perfect for our group spring break trip. The home was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you can imagine. The pool area was lovely and we had a great water view. Grocery stores and other conveniences were very close by as well. The property manager was super helpful and we would definitely rent this property again in the future.

This home is perfect for multiple families. Very spacious, bedrooms are separate from each other and each one with its own bathroom. Loved the large kitchen and pantry that had all the essentials. Sanibel beach was a short 25 minute drive and the house is stocked with all the beach essentials. Highly recommends this stay!

"Above and beyond perfect home"

What more can we say than Dorit was amazing to deal with. Her immediate response and plethora of information helped make our wedding plans easy. The house was above and beyond perfect for our destination. We brought all of our kids down for our wedding at The Westin hotel which was so convenient to our stay. The houses amenities and appointments were on par perfect. Great place for families or for couples. We are planning on returning for our (1) years anniversary sans kids.

"Tolles Haus"

Eine schöne Villa mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe (9 Personen). Eine sehr ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick. Sollten wir Cape Coral wieder besuchen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder... Danke!

"Fantastic Holiday Home"

Fantastic holiday home with beautiful views located in a quiet area. We were three generations away and really enjoyed the spacious house, the lovely pool and the other facilities. Can definitely be recommended!

Fantastisk feriebolig med skøn udsigt beliggende i et roligt område. Vi var tre generationer afsted og nød virkelig det rummelige hus, den lækre pool og de øvrige faciliteter. Kan klart anbefales!

"Awesome house"

This is an awesome house with many amenities and held our party of 10 easily. It is in a nice location with activities, restaurants and stores close by. Thank you so much for our stay! It is an awesome house and you were a gracious host!

They can enjoy a very nice stay in a wonderful house. The equipment level in the house exceeds all expectations, and one thrives extremely well in the house. Just to enjoy it. Dorit was always available, service oriented and attentive. A very good and great hostess. Thank you very much for a nice holiday and stay.

"Wonderful home"

Our stay at Villa Chandon was wonderful! The place is so spacious and gave enough room for our group of nine. We especially enjoyed having a bathroom to each bedroom, perfect! The villa in general is very well furnished and we did have all we needed. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi was fun – again enough space for our big group. It was a pleasure staying at this beautiful place. Thank you, Dorit, for the warm welcoming! We sure had a great time!

"Happy Holiday"

My children their spouses and my grandchildren spent a fun filled week after Christmas and through the New Year! The house was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and family dinners together watching the fabulous sunsets! We were able to welcome in the New year watching fireworks from the Westin and Cape Harbor! Memories forever! Highly recommend this property!

"Peaceful and Relaxing Villa"

We spent our Thanksgiving holidays in this lovely retreat this year along with my parents and my sons, who all came in from different areas for a get together. We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and very well equipped. We made our full turkey dinner there and had ample supplies and also seating for a large group. The screened patio area and pool overlooking a lake was amazing and beautiful. It was like being in a resort! Very serene and quiet in the morning. You could see the mullet jumping in the canal. My son loves to fish and spent a good bit of time fishing off the dock and paddling around in a kayak, which was great to have at the house. The beds and couches were very comfortable for relaxing in the evenings as well. We had a great visit and would definitely return again!

Thank you very much for everything with 'our' villas (Chandon and Lakeside). It was great and it worked very well. We were all very satisfied and happy about how the villas even looked better in real life than in the pictures.

"Everything we were hoping for and more!"

The house was everything we were hoping for and more!! The pool area is so spacious. Dorit was wonderful to work with, always very quick to get back to me with any questions or problems. Hope to return to Villa Chandon very soon!!
